Who We Are
At Allied Wellness Collective (AWC), we believe that mental health is the foundation of a fulfilling life. Founded in 2018 as Second Nature Counseling, we grew out of a simple need: to provide our neighbors in the Capital Region and beyond with healthcare that is as comprehensive as it is compassionate.
In 2021, we evolved into a multidisciplinary collective. This means that when you come to Allied, you are not just working with one individual. You are gaining access to a dedicated team of professionals with diverse backgrounds and specialties who work together to support your unique journey..
